FLOOR in a 16-story building one-bedroom/one-bath carpeted condo has a lovely lanai with unparalleled 180º ocean/sunset

This unit has not been remodeled as
recently as our other condos--the rate reflects that. It has carpet instead of tile and a queen bed rather than a king
as our others have. Although the condo is dated, it has the same amenities and equipment. So if you are looking for
a super clean condo on the beach but don't need fancy--this might be the condo for you. Queen bedroom (MEMORY FOAM MATTRESS) and queen-size sleep
sofa WITH MEMORY FOAM DREAM TOPPER in living room! There
is also a single floor-futon. Fully furnished kitchen with full-size appliances and all the necessities. We supply all dishes, pots 'n pans, silverware, toaster, coffeemaker, microwave, icemaker, and a blender for making those onolicious Hawaiian fruit smoothies. We also
have a dishwasher, 2 TVs, 2 DVDs, AC (but you will NOT need it--wonderful trade winds and great cross-ventilation), ceiling
fans, washer/dryer, iron/board, all linens (including beach towels), hair dryer, beach chairs, mats, boogie boards, snorkeling
equipment, beach umbrella, sand toys, and cooler. We even provide binoculars for in-condo use--watch right from your
lanai as the whales, dolphins, and giant sea turtles put on a show! ALL OUR CONDOS ARE NON-SMOKING! NO PETS!
THE PRINCESS IS A SMOKE-FREE COMPLEX! Smoking is NOT ALLOWED in the units, on the lanais, in/at the corridors, elevators, pool,
rec room, BBQ area, or in the lobby! Smoking is permitted ONLY in areas 25' or more from the building. There is a designated
smoking area with umbrella table and chairs located well away from the building.

We require a 100% REFUNDABLE
Damage/Loss Deposit of $500 payable via Credit Card or by a separate check that is HELD (NOT PROCESSED) until condo has been
inspected and cleared for any damage (including EXTRAORDINARY cleaning required--for example, washing walls, extreme tile
scouring, non-routine carpet/drapery/upholstery cleaning, touch-up painting, etc.) and keys are returned to lockbox with
lockbox left securely intact. After a satisfactory inspection, WE VERY HAPPILY AND PROMPTLY REFUND YOUR DEPOSIT. Our only
interest is in protecting our investment and keeping our units very nice for future guests. 99.9% of our guests have received
a full refund; it is only the very rare inconsiderate guest who makes it hard for all of us! We hope you understand our
reasoning for the required deposit.
Out
of respect for our neighbors, some of whom are full-time residents who treasure their peace and quiet, and others are vacationers
who want a quiet period of relaxation, we allow no visitors. Only the registered guests may occupy condo.
