Amenities
PLEASE notice the particular amenities with each condo--thus the rate difference. The PRINCESS and CABANAS share the
beautiful beach that you see in the picture below (only two condos on entire beach). The SURFSIDE is oceanfront and just down
the coast within sight of the other condos. The beach in front of the Surfside is a bit rocky in places, but there is
a small sandy lagoon (great for kids). The PRINCESS is the nicest complex, and units
have all the bells and whistles--SPOTLESSLY CLEAN AND WELL MAINTAINED.
CABANAS is a simple
condo but still right on the beach--SQUEAKY CLEAN AND WELL MAINTAINED. No pool. No AC. (don't really need AC--great
cross-ventilation and tradewinds). SURFSIDE units are economical condos with 30-day minimum
rentals throughout the complex. If you can stay a month and don't need a fancy condo, the Surfside is an excellent value.
Our units are all SUPER CLEAN, UPGRADED, AND WELL MAINTAINED.
