SURFSIDE 1-bedroom oceanfront on the 2nd floor with queen-size bedroom with TV, queen sofabed in
living room, TV/VCR/DVD, Stereo/CD Player, phone , fully furnished kitchen w/ microwave, coffeemaker--even a blender for making
those onolicious Hawaiian fruit smoothies--and full-sized appliances, all dishes, pots 'n pans, silverware, all linens including
beach towels, ceiling fans, stand fans, hair dryer, cooler, boogie boards, beach chairs/mat, AC available for limited use
in living room.
2 pools plus a kiddie pool, poolside BBQ area, coin-operated washer & dryer on premises, and
free secured parking. No lanai. Some of the beach in front of the complex
is rocky, but there is very nice sandy beach lagoon right in front of our unit !
The Surfside is NOT a luxury
building, but our unit is RENOVATED and sparkling clean with rates hard to beat. So if you are looking for budget accommodations
and prefer to spend your money on other things while you're enjoying our island, the Surfside is just what you need.
We require a 100% REFUNDABLE Damage/Loss Deposit payable in a separate check that is held until condo has been inspected
and cleared for any damage (including EXTRAORDINARY cleaning required--for example, carpet/drapery/upholstery cleaning, extreme
tile scouring, touch-up painting , etc.) and keys are returned to lockbox with lockbox left securely intact. After a satisfactory
inspection, we VERY HAPPILY AND PROMPTLY refund your deposit. Our only interest is in protecting our investment and keeping
our units very nice for future guests. 99.9% of our guests have received a full refund; it is only the very rare inconsiderate
guest who makes it hard for all of us! We hope you understand our reasoning for the required deposit.
ALL OUR CONDOS ARE NON-SMOKING INCLUDING
JUST HANGING OUT THE LITTLE UNUSABLE LANAI. Some residents smoke in their own units, BUT WE DO NOT ALLOW SMOKING IN
ANY OF OUR RENTALS. Smoking is not permitted in the corridors, elevators, laundry rooms, gym, or pool. Hawaii
state law prohibits smoking within 20' or more of entries/exits/air vents from building.

Hawaii State Tax, an exit cleaning fee of $200-$300 depending on number of guests, ages of children, and length of stay plus
a fully REFUNDABLE Damage/Loss Deposit of $500 payable by credit card or check AND HELD (NOT PROCESSED)
UNTI DEPARTURE CHECK. There is an $85 a
month cap on electricity; guests pay any additional charges over $85--easy to stay under unless
AC is run excessively.

can call "The Bus" at 808/848-5555, tell the friendly folks where you are and where you want to go, and they will
