The Surfside is NOT a luxury complex, but our units are all very nice as are the grounds, pools, and of course the ocean. If you are looking for a really nice personal condo that is spotlessly clean at a bargain rate, and you don't need a fancy building, the Surfside is the place to be. Spend your hard-earned money on all the fun things to see and do on Oahu.

Our Surfside studio is upgraded and spotlessly clean. It was completely renovated only the exterior walls are original! This large studio is designed for the long-term vacationing couple who want to be on a ground-floor level. Our location is great for folks who don't like stairs. There are natural maple cabinets, ceramic tile flooring, glass louvers, ceiling fans, AC (for limited use when coming in after a day at the beach), full-size kitchen appliances, all furniture, all dishes, utensils, pots/pans, coffeemaker, blender for making those onolicious Hawaiian fruit smoothies, microwave, cable TV/VCR, Stereo/CD/Tape player, phone with message recorder, hair dryer, boogie boards, beach chairs/mat, cooler, etc.

The unit sleeps 2 very comfortably in a deluxe queen-size wall bed (forget all the negatives you've ever heard about so-called pull-down beds--this one is deluxe and wonderfully comfortable; we get MANY great comments from guests about the bed. All linens are supplied including beach towels.

The Surfside is NOT a luxury building, but our particular unit is bright and spotlessly clean. Condo meets the need of a couple traveling on a limited budget. It is worth the little extra money over the other available studios just to get the niceness and cleanliness of this unit; in fact, the one-bedroom units are only slightly larger, so this may be the BEST VALUE in the entire complex! The condo is on the ocean, and our unit has an ocean view as well as a lovely garden view with beautiful, blooming tropical plants, trees, and grass. There are two pools.

30-DAY MINIMUM

$1499 per month except dates in next block

2014 DEC 15-31/JAN/FEB/MAR/APR RATE IS $1799

All rates subject to 13.97% mandatory Hawaii tax, an exit cleaning fee of $200-$300 depending on length of stay and 100% Refundable Damage/Loss Deposit of $500--BY HELD CREDIT CARD OR CHECK--NOT PROCESSED UNTIL POST DEPARTURE CHECK. There is an $85 a month cap on electricity; guests pay any additional charges over $85--easy to stay under unless AC is run excessively.

ALL OUR CONDOS ARE NON-SMOKING Some residents smoke in their own units, BUT WE DO NOT ALLOW SMOKING IN ANY OF OUR RENTALS. Smoking is not permitted in the corridors, elevators, laundry rooms, gym, or pool. Hawaii state law prohibits smoking within 20' or more of entries/exits/air vents from building. No pets.
